Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request a product return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Show no signs of use;
• Be returned in its original packaging;
• Be in the same condition as when it was received.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the issue.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

The processing time may vary between 5 and 10 business days.
